@team

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. About these terms

@team is a tool for sports teams and athletic organizations. It helps staff manage their roster, schedule events, message each other, track equipment, and create and publish posts to their own social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X.

@team (the app at atteam.app) is operated by Tanner Monacoas an individual. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “@team” all mean the same thing, and “you” means the person or organization using the app.

By creating an account or using @team, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use @team

@team is meant for adults who run teams: coaches, admins, and staff. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

If you add other people to your organization or your roster, you are responsible for having the right to add and share their information. This includes athletes who are minors: only add a minor’s details, such as their name or photo, if you are allowed to.

3. Your account

Keep your password and sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

When using @team, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or use the app to help someone else break it.
  • Upload or post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Try to break, overload, hack, or get around the security of the app.
  • Use the app to access data that does not belong to your organization.
  • Break the rules of Facebook, Instagram, or X when you publish through @team.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Connecting your social accounts

@team lets you connect your own Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and X accounts so you can publish posts you create. You may only connect accounts you are allowed to manage.

You are responsible for the posts you publish. When you post through @team, you are also bound by the terms and policies of the platform you post to. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the app’s social settings.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to @team, such as roster details, photos, videos, captions, and messages. By adding content, you give us permission to store and process it so the app can work, and to publish it to the social accounts you choose, at your direction.

You confirm that you have the right to use and share the content you add, including any photos of people. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish.

7. AI features

@team includes optional AI features that suggest descriptions and captions for your posts. These suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Always review them before you publish. You are responsible for what you choose to post.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to delete your data. By using @team, you also agree to that policy.

9. Service availability and changes

We work to keep @team running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time. When we can, we will give notice of major changes.

10. The app is provided “as is”

@team is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, @team and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any lost data, lost profits, or lost content. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using @team at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@atteam.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that could cause harm to other users or to the app. How we handle your data after an account closes is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If you keep using @team after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
